Ecclesiastes Chapter 3
伝道者の書 第３章
“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:” (Verse 1)
「天の下では、何事にも定まった時期があり、すべての営みには時がある。」（1節）
Almighty God in Heaven, I acknowledge that Thou didst create me as an eternal being who will never cease to exist. 天におられる全能の神様、私はあなたが私を消して滅びることのない、永遠の存在として創造されたことを認めます。
I realize that Thou didst ordain the exact time (season) for my conception and birth to start my eternal existence. あなたが私の永遠の存在を始める受胎と誕生のために、正確な時（時期）を定められたのだということを、私は悟ります。
I know that Thou didst create me with a specific purpose for my earthly existence. あなたは私のこの世の存在のために、明確な目的を持って私を創造されたことを、私は知っています。
Please enable me to perfectly and completely accomplish Thy Divine Purpose for my earthly existence during the time that I live on this earth under the sun. 日の下のこの世で、私が生きている間、私のこの世の存在のために、あなたの神聖な目的を、正確に、完全に果たすことができるようにしてください。
Convince me that will give me the best life possible. それが私に、可能な限りで最高の人生をもたらすのだということを、私に確信させてください。
Save me from the awful vanity of failing to do Thy Divine Will for my life under the sun. 日の下での私の人生のために、あなたの神聖なるみこころに背くというひどい空しさから、私をお救い下さい。
Save me from the eternal loss I will suffer if I fail to do my Creator God’s Divine Will during this life. この人生の間に、もし私の造り主である神様のみこころに背くなら、私は永遠の滅亡に苦しむということから、私をお救い下さい。
Save me from the sinful vanity of living for self. 自己のために生きることの罪深い空しさから私をお救い下さい。
Please work powerfully in my life to enable me to live totally for my Creator God, doing Thy Divine Will for me and accomplishing the exact purpose Thou hast ordained for my life here under the sun. 日の下で、私の造り主である神様のために完全に生き、私自身のためにあなたの神聖なるみこころを行い、この世の私の人生のためにあなたが定めた正確な目的を果たせるように、私の人生へ力強く働きかけてください。
Please clearly guide me to always be doing Thy Divine Will for my life according to the seasons and times Thou hast ordained for each work Thou hast ordained that I do. あなたが私に定めたそれぞれの働きのために、あなたが定めた時期と時に応じて、あなたの神聖なるみこころを常に行えるように、私を明確にお導きください。

“A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;” (Verse 2)
「生まれるのに時があり、死ぬのに時がある。植えるのに時があり、植えた物を引き抜くのに時がある。」（2節）
Lord God on High, it is most easy for me to understand that there is a time to be born and a time to die, as I daily see people being born into this earthly life and I also daily see people dying a physical death and thus departing this earthly life. いと高き主なる神様、私は日々この世に生まれる人々見ながら、また日々肉体的な死によってこの世を去っていく人々を見ながら、生まれるのに時があり、死ぬのに時があることを理解するのは最も簡単です。
I see how that Thou doest plant us human souls on this earth by our physical birth, and that Thou doest pluck us up from this life by our physical death. あなたがどのようにして肉体的な誕生によってこの世に人間の魂を植えるのか、そして肉体的な死によってこの世から私たちを引き抜くのかがわかります。
Please save me from the vanity of putting far away the day of my own death. 私自身の死の日を遠ざけるという空しさから、どうか私をお救いください。
Help me to always bear in mind that my life here on earth could end any second now. この世の私の人生は今すぐにでも終わりかねないということを、常に心に留めておけるように助けてください。
Please help me to totally trust in Thee, My Creator God, to earnestly seek Thy Guidance daily, and to fully submit myself to Thee for Thee to accomplish the purpose for which Thou didst create me. あなたが目的を果たすために創造された私が、私の造り主である神様、あなたを完全に信頼し、日々あなたの指針を熱心に求め、私自身をあなたに十分に従えるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Help me to fully trust in The Lord Jesus Christ to save me from the eternal punishment of my sins in Hell, and to give me eternal life in Heaven. 地獄での私の罪の永遠の罰から私を救うために、そして天国での永遠の命を与えるために、完全に主イエスキリストを信頼しできるように私を助けてください。
Save me from the vanity of not preparing for the soon coming time when I will die. 私が死ぬとき、すぐに来る時のために備えが出来ていないという空しさから私をお救いください。
I pray that all other human souls on this earth will do these important things also. 私は、この世にあるすべての他の人間の魂も、これらの重要なことを行うように祈ります。
“A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;” (Verse 3)
「殺すのに時があり、いやすのに時がある。くずすのに時があり、建てるのに時がある。」（3節）
Almighty Jehovah God in the Highest Heavens, I confess that Thou art the One True Living God Who has existed for all eternity past and will exist for all eternity future. いと高き天におられる全能なるエホバの神様、あなたが永遠に過去に存在し、永遠に未来に存在する、唯一、真の、生きておられる神様であることを私は認めます。
That art a Living God Who lives never to ever die. あなたは永久に死ぬことのない、生きておられる神様です。
I also confess the important truth that Thou hast created every living being that exists, and that all life is in Thy Hand. また、存在するすべての生き物はあなたが創造され、すべての命はあなたの手の中にある、という重要な真実を認めます。
All Glory be to the One Living Jehovah God of Israel Who has created all life and Who constantly sustains all life. すべての命を創造し、すべての命を常に養う、イスラエルの唯一生きておられるエホバの神様に、すべての栄光がありますように。
Lord God in Heaven, please convince me fully of the certain Truth that Thou doest kill with eternal death in hell fire, all human creatures who reject the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. 天におられる主なる神様、あなたは主イエスキリストを救い主として拒む、すべての人間の生き物を、地獄の火の中で永遠の死をもって殺されるという、確かな真実を完全に私に確信させてください。
Please have great mercy upon me and prevent me from making decisions in this life on earth (under the sun) that will cause Thee to kill me with eternal death, the second death that the Holy Bible speaks of in Revelation chapter 2:11, chapter 20:6 and 14, and chapter 21:8. 聖書のヨハネの黙示録第2章11節、第20章6節と14節そして21章8節が表している第2の死のように、（日の下での）この世の人生の中で、あなたが私を永遠の死で殺す原因になる意思決定から私を防ぎ、大きな哀れみをかけてください。
Save me from the fatal vanity of not receiving the Lord Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. 主イエスキリストを私の主、および救い主として受け入れないという致命的な空しさから、私をお救いください。
Please create within me a heart that will firmly believe on and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and will never waver in that faith in the Saviour of the world. どうか私の中に、主イエスキリストを固く信じ、信頼し、世の救い主の信仰に決して迷わない心をお造りください。
I earnestly pray these weighty, eternal matters for all other people also. 私は他のすべての人々のためにも、これらの重要な、永遠の問題について熱心に祈ります。
I confess that Thou art a God Who healeth people according to Thy Will. 私はあなたがみこころに応じて人々を癒す神様であることを認めます。
Please help me to cry out in bold, living faith to Thee for healing anytime I or other people around me stand in need of healing. 癒しを必要としている私や私の周りの人々をいつでも癒すために、大胆に叫び、信仰に生きるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Please help me to always seek my healing first and foremost from God on High, instead of first seeking healing from medical doctors. 医師からの癒しをはじめに求めるのではなく、何よりもまず高きところにおられる神様から私の癒しを常に求めるようにどうか私を助けてください。
Lord God, please keep me ever in the center of Thy Divine Will in order to guide and instruct me of the proper time to break down and of the proper time to build up. 主なる神様、くずすのにふさわしい時と、建てるのにふさわしい時を私に導き教えるために、どうかわたしを神聖なる御心の中心に絶えず置いてください。
Please save me from the vanity of doing these things out of their proper time. ふさわしくない時にこれらのことを行う空しさから私をお救いください。
I pray these things for all other people also. 私は他のすべての人々のためにも、これらのことを祈ります。
“A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;” (Verse 4)
「泣くのに時があり、ほほえむのに時がある。嘆くのに時があり、踊るのに時がある。」（4節）
Heavenly Father, please save me from the vanity of weeping when it is time to laugh, and vice versa. 天の父よ、ほほえむときに泣き、泣くときにほほえむという空しさから、どうか私をお救いください。
Please save me from the vanity of mourning when it is time to dance, and vice versa. 踊るときに嘆き、また嘆くときに踊るという空しさから、どうか私をお救いください。
Guide me clearly as to when it is time to weep and mourn, and as to when it is time to laugh and dance. 泣くべき時と嘆くべき時、ほほえむべき時と踊るべき時について、私をはっきりとお導きください。
I pray these things for all other people also. 私は他のすべての人々のためにも、これらのことを祈ります。
“A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;” (Verse 5)
「石を投げ捨てるのに時があり、石を集めるのに時がある。抱擁するのに時があり、抱擁をやめるのに時がある。」（5節）
Almighty God, please help me to totally submit my entire being to Thee in order to always be perfectly controlled by Thy Holy Spirit. 全能の神様、あなたの聖霊によって常に完全に支配されるために、私の存在全体が あなたに従うことができるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Please clearly instruct me by Thy Spirit as to when it is time to cast away stones and as to when it is time to gather stones. 石を投げるべき時と、石を集めるべき時について、あなたの御霊によってどうか私にはっきりと教えてください。
Please guide me perfectly as to the time to embrace and as to the time to refrain from embracing. 抱擁するべき時と、抱擁をやめるべき時について、どうか私を完全にお導きください。
Please save me from the vanity of doing these things out of their times and seasons. ふさわしくない時と時期にこれらのことを行うという空しさから、どうか私をお救いください。
I pray this for all other people also. 私はすべてのほかの人々のためにも、これを祈ります。
“A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;” (Verse 6)
「捜すのに時があり、失うのに時がある。保つのに時があり、投げ捨てるのに時がある。」（6節）
Lord Jesus, please give me perfect wisdom and guidance about these 4 things written here in verse 6. 主イエス様、この6節に書かれている4つのことについて、どうか私に完璧な知恵とお導きを与えてください。
Also, please teach me the full implication of Thy Scripture in Matthew 16:25. さらに聖書のマタイ16章25節の完全な意味を教えてください。
“For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.”「いのちを救おうと思う者はそれを失い、私のために命を失う者は、それを見いだすのです。」
Lord Jesus, please make me zealously desirous to lose my life for Thy Sake, keeping in mind that Thou gavest Thy Life for all mankind, including me. 主イエス様、あなたが私を含め、全人類のためにご自分の命をささげられたということを心に留めながら、あなたのために熱心に望んで私の命を失えるようにしてください。
Save me from the vanity of hoarding my own life’s energies, resources, and time for the purpose of using all them for my own selfish pleasures. 私自身の人生のエネルギー、財産、時間のすべてを、私自身の利己的な快楽のために使用する目的で貯蔵することの空しさから私をお救いください。
Save me from the vanity of getting and keeping earthly and worldly things for the purpose of those things bringing pleasure to me. 私に快楽をもたらす目的のために 、この世の世俗的なものを捜すことと保つことの空しさから、私をお救いください。
Please guide me to lose and to cast away everything for Thy Precious Name’s Sake. あなたの尊い御名のためにすべてを失い、投げ捨てることができるように、どうか私をお導きください。
Convince me that only such a life can bring true happiness, joy, peace, and fulfillment to me. そのような人生だけが唯一私に真の幸福、喜び、平和、成就をもたらすことができるということを、私に確信させてください。

“A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;” (Verse 7)
「引き裂くのに時があり、縫い合わせるのに時がある。黙っているのに時があり、話をするのに時がある。」（7節）
Almighty God, please always guide me as to the time to rend (tear apart) and as to the time to sew (mend that which is torn). 全能の神様、 引き裂くべき時と縫い合わせる（引き裂かれた物を直す）時について、どうか常に私をお導きください。
Please help me to always keep silence when it is time to do so, and to speak when it is time to speak. 常に黙っているべきときに黙り、話をするべき時に話せるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Please help me to study to be quiet, as Thou commandest in 1st Thessalonians 4:11, and to let my words be few, as Thou commandest in Ecclesiastes 5:2. あなたがテサロニケ人への手紙第1、4章11節で命じておられるように、落ち着いた生活をすることを志し、また伝道者の書5章2節で命じておられるように、言葉を少なくできるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Please save me from the vanity of doing these things out of time. 時を外れてこれらのことを行うという空しさから、どうか私をお救いください。
Please save me from the sinful vanity of worshipping my own voice and my own speech. 私自身の声と私自身の発言を崇めるという罪深い空しさから、どうか私をお救いください。
Please save me from the vain desire to always readily vent my own mind and opinions about everything to everyone all the time. いつでもすべての事をすべての人に、私の心と意見を 常に容易にあらわにするという無駄な欲望から、どうか私をお救いください。
Please teach me just how golden silence is at the proper time. ふさわしい時の沈黙がどれだけすばらしいことなのかを、どうか私に教えてください。
“A time to keep silence.” 「黙っているのに時がある」
Lord God in Heaven, please help me to clearly discern each time I should keep silent, and please give me the restraint to do so. 天におられる主なる神様、黙っているべきそれぞれの時をはっきりと見分けることができるように、どうか私を助け、そしてそのようにできるように忍耐をお与えください。
I pray these things for all other people also. 私は他のすべての人々のためにも、これらのことを祈ります。
“A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.” (Verse 8)
「愛するのに時があり、憎むのに時がある。戦うのに時があり、和睦するのに時がある。」（8節）
Lord God in Heaven, please cause me to love all that Thou lovest, and to hate all that Thou hatest. 天におられる主なる神様、どうか私が、あなたが愛するすべてのものを愛し、あなたが憎むすべてのものを憎めるようにしてください。
Help me to hate the evil and to love the good as Thou commandest us in Amos 5:15. アモス書5章15節であなたが命じられている通り、悪を憎み、全を愛することができるように私を助けてください。
Teach me fully about our Lord God being a man of war, as recorded in Exodus 15:3. 出エジプト記15章3節に記されているように、私たちの主なる神様はいくさびとであるということを、十分に私に教えてください。
Guide me to fight the spiritual battles that Thou hast ordained that I fight during my life under the sun. 日の下での私の人生の間に、あなたが私に戦うよう定めた霊的な戦いを戦えるように私をお導きください。
Help me to fight a good fight for Thee and to finish the course Thou hast laid out for me during my life under the sun. 日の下での私の人生の間に、あなたのために勇敢に戦い、あなたが私のために用意してくださった道のりを終えることができるように、私を助けてください。
Save me from the vanity of being a spiritual coward. 臆病な霊になることの空しさから私をお救いください。
I praise Thy Name, that thou art the Prince of Peace, and that Thou givest perfect peace to those who believe on Thy Name. 私はあなたの御名に感謝します。あなたは平和の君であり、あなたの御名を信じるものに完全な平安を与えてくださいます。
Please help me to fully believe on Thee, fully trust in The Lord Jesus Christ, and thus receive that perfect peace that passeth understanding. あなたを十分に信じ、主イエスキリストを十分に信頼し、考えにまさる完全な平安を受けることができるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Please make me a peacemaker and help me to endeavor to live peaceably among the souls around me. どうか私を平和をつくる者とし、私の周りにいる人々の間で平和を保つ努力をできるように私を助けてください。
I pray these things for all other people also. 私は他のすべての人々のためにもこれらのことを祈ります。
I pray for the peace of Jerusalem, for the peace of God’s Chosen Nation Israel, and for the peace of Thy Chosen People, the Israelites. 私はエルサレムの平和のために、神様が選ばれた国、イスラエルの平和のために、そしてあなたが選ばれた民族、イスラエル人の平和のために祈ります。
Please fight for Israel and protect the Israelites from all their many enemies. どうかイスラエルのために戦い、すべての多くの敵からイスラエル人をお守りください。
“What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth?” (Verse 9)
「働く者は労苦して何の益を得よう。」（9節）
Almighty God, please intervene in my life for my own good and save me from the vanity of spending my life’s energies, time, and resources labouring for things that are not profitable. 全能の神様、私のために私の人生をとりなし、無益なことに私の人生のエネルギー、時間、労働力を費やすことの空しさから、どうか私をお救いください。
Please clearly guide me to always labour in accordance with Thy Divine Will for my life under the sun; always doing the work that is profitable for all eternity. 日の下での私の人生のために、あなたの聖いみこころのとおりに常に働くことができるように、常に永遠に有益な働きができるように、どうか私をお導きください。
Please reveal to me what great profit is in store for me if I diligently work the work that Thou hast ordained that I work in this short life under the sun. 日の下でのこの短い人生の中で、あなたが私に定めた働きを私が熱心に行う場合には、どんな大きな利益が備えられているのかを、どうか私に示してください。
I pray these things for all other people also. 私は他のすべての人々のためにも、これらのことを祈ります。
By Thy Great Power, please save us all from all vanity.あなたの偉大なお力によって、どうかすべての空しさから私たちすべてをお救いください。
“I have seen the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it.” (Verse 10)
「私は神が人の子らに与えて労苦させる仕事を見た。」（10節）
Lord God, please fill me with Thy Divine Spiritual Wisdom for the purpose of learning all Thou wouldest have me to learn from my life’s experiences and from observing the life experiences of other people, especially our experiences of travail and labour during this life under the sun. 主なる神様、あなたが私に学んでほしいと思う私の人生経験と、他の人々の人生経験を見ることから、特に私たちの労苦と仕事の経験から、すべてを学ぶ目的のために、あなたの聖なる御霊の知恵で、どうか私を満たしてください。
Please help me to daily be diligent to travail in intercessory prayer to Almighty God for lost souls to be saved. 失われた魂が救われるように全能の神様へとりなしの祈りに日々労苦できるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Please help me to make the Biblical record of The Lord Jesus Christ travailing in prayer, my own personal example. 聖書に記録されている祈りに労苦している主イエスキリストを、私自身の個人的な手本にできるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Help me to yearn to be like the Lord Jesus in travailing for lost souls. 失われた魂のために労苦しているイエスキリストのように思いやることができるように私を助けてください。
Please help me to always diligently study Thy Holy Bible and apply the wisdom I gain from Thy Scriptures to the wisdom I also gain from observing the travail and labour of mankind here on earth. 常に熱心に聖書を学び、あなたのみことばから増し得た知恵を、この世の人間の労苦と仕事を見ることからも私が増し得る知恵に働かせることができるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Please give me this Divine Wisdom I need to avoid a life of vanity under the sun. 日の下での人生の空しさを避けるために、私が必要とするこの聖なる知恵を、どうか私にお与えください。
I pray these things for all other people under the sun also. 私は日の下のすべてのほかの人々のためにもこれらのことを祈ります。
“He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.” (Verse 11)
「神のなさることは、すべて時にかなって美しい。神はまた、人の心に永遠を与えられた。しかし人は、神が行われるみわざを、初めから終わりまで見きわめることができない。」（11節）
Almighty God, I acknowledge that Thou art the Creator of all things and that Thou didst create everything perfect and beautiful. 全能の神様、あなたはすべてを創造された方であり、すべてを完璧に美しく創造されたことを私は認めます。
Help me to open my heart fully to Thee, for the purpose of Thee setting in my heart the things Thou desirest to be there and for the purpose of Thee removing the things that Thou doest not desire to be in my heart. あなたが私の心の中に望むものを与える目的のためと、あなたが私の心の中に望まないものを取り除く目的のために、私の心を完全にあなたに開くことができるように私を助けてください。
Please remove all vanity far from my being. どうかすべての空しさを私の存在から遠くへと取り除いてください。
Please teach me all the works of God Thou desirest that I know. あなたが私に知ってほしいと望む神様のみわざのすべてを、どうか私に教えてください。
Please save me from the vanity of pursing the knowledge of good and evil and striving to learn certain things that Thou hast not ordained that I gain knowledge of in this life under the sun. 日の下のこの人生において、善と悪の知識を追求することと、あなたが私に知識を得ることを命じていないある事柄について学ぶ努力をする空しさから、どうか私をお救いください。
Save me from vain curiosity and from the vanity of being nosey for my sinful self-satisfaction. 無駄な好奇心と私の罪深い自己満足のためにおせっかいをする空しさから私をお救いください。
I acknowledge that Thou didst create Adam and Eve in perfection. 私はあなたがアダムとエバを完璧に創造されたことを認めます。
I acknowledge the Bible Truths that the whole human race became sinful when Eve and then Adam disobeyed Thy One Command to them. 私はエバそしてその次にアダムがあなたの唯一の命令に背いたときに全人類が罪人となったという聖書の真実を認めます。
I acknowledge that I was born as a sinner with a sinful nature. 私は自分が罪深い性質を持って罪人として生まれたことを認めます。
I acknowledge that a person’s sinful nature is a most ugly thing. 私は人の罪深い性質が何よりも醜いことを認めます。
So please help me to fully trust in The Lord Jesus Christ, and completely yield and commit myself to The Lord Jesus, for the purpose of Almighty God re-creating me, making me into a new creature, a most beautiful creation of God. ですからどうか主イエスキリストを完全に信頼できるように、そして全能の神様が私を造り直し、私を新しい創造物、神様のもっとも美しい創造物とされる目的のために、主イエスキリストに私自身を完全にささげ、身をゆだねることができるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Lord God on High, please remake my life into just exactly the good and perfect thing Thou wouldest have it to be. いと高きところにおられる主なる神様、あなたが望まれたようにどうか私の人生をまさに正確に良い、そして完璧なものへと再生してください。
O how I desire that every aspect of my being, become a perfect and most beautiful creation of Almighty God on High, all for Thy Great Glory. すべてあなたの偉大な栄光のために、私のあらゆる側面が、いと高きところにおられる全能なる神様の完璧で最も美しい創造物となることをどんなに願っているでしょう。
So please hear this prayer of mine, Lord God. ですから主なる神様、どうか私のこの祈りを聞いてください。

“I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life.” (Verse 12)

Father God in Heaven, please send Thy Holy Spirit most powerfully into my being to teach me the things that are truly good in God’s Sight. 天におられる父なる神様、神様の前に本当に良いことを私に教えるために、どうか私の中に最も強力な聖霊を送ってください。
Please save me from the vanity of mistaking bad and evil things for good things. 悪いものと邪悪なものを良いものと間違えてしまう空しさから、どうか私をお救いください。
I open my heart to Thee, my Creator God, for Thee to fill my being with the Joy of Thy Holy Spirit, so that I may know what it is to truly rejoice. 私の創造主である神様、あなたが私を聖霊の喜びで満たして、私が真の喜びとは何かを理解できるように、私はあなたに心を開きます。
Please take control of my life to teach me and to enable me to do all the things that are truly good, during my life under the sun. 日の下での私の人生の間、私に教え、私が本当に良いすべてのことをできるようにするために、どうか私の人生を支配してください。

“And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God.” (Verse 13)
「また、人がみな、食べたり飲んだりし、すべての労苦の中にしあわせを見いだすこともまた神の賜物であることを。」（13節）
Lord God, please bring me to a full understanding of the Truth that all good things come from our Creator God. 主なる神様、すべての良いものは創造主である神様から来るという真実を、どうか私に完全に理解させてください。

So, by God’s Almighty Power, please work powerfully in my life to enable me to do good, I pray. ですから神様の全能のお力によって、良いことを行うことができるように、どうか私の人生に力強く働きかけてくださるように、私は祈ります。

Please fully convince me that all such is wrong and is sinful vanity, and will cause Thee to destroy me eternally if I rebel against Thee. そのようなすべてのことは邪悪な空しさであり、もし私があなたに反抗すれば、あなたは私を永遠に滅ぼすことになるということを、どうか私に完全に確信させてください。
Every creature that fights against our Creator, will of a certainty lose in that battle, and will be turned into Hell. 私たちの創造主と争うすべての造られた者は、その戦いに確実に敗れ、地獄へと落とされるのです。
Convince me that Thy Holiness and Thy Righteousness stand forever, and that I must trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and thus have Him become my holiness and righteousness. あなたの聖と正義は永遠であり、私は主イエスキリストを信頼する必要があり、それゆえ彼は私の聖と義となることを私に確信させてください。

Lord God, please have mercy on me and save me from the vanity of believing that I could ever change anything that is determined or decreed by Almighty God in Heaven. 主なる神様、どうか私を哀れんでください。そして天におられる全能の神様により決定または命令された事を、私が変える事ができるなどと信じることの空しさから私をお救いください。
Please cause me to constantly keep in mind that I am soon to meet Thee in Judgment, at which time Thou wilt require me to give account of all my thoughts, words, and deeds during this life under the sun. 私は間もなくさばきの場であなたに会って、その時あなたは私に、日の下でのこの人生の間のすべての私の思い、言葉、行いについて申し開きするように命令されるということを、私が絶えず心に留めておけるようにしてください。
Please save me from the vanity of not being prepared to meet Thee in Judgment. さばきの座であなたに会う備えができていないという空しさから、どうか私をお救いください。
Save me from the fatal vanity of not repenting of my sins to my Creator God. 私の創造主である神様に対して、私の罪を悔い改めないという致命的な空しさから私をお救いください。
Save me from the vanity of not fully trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ. 完全に主イエスキリストを信頼していないという空しさから私をお救いください。

“And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there.” (Verse 16)

Lord Jesus Christ, please become my Righteousness. 主イエスキリスト様、どうか私の正義となってください。
Please cause me to stand firmly on my Creator’s side, in favor of true judgment and true righteousness. 真のさばきと真の正義に味方して、どうか私を想像主の側にしっかりと立てるようにしてください。
Please enable me to stand for God against all the wickedness that is in places of judgment on this earth. この世でのさばきの場にあるすべての不正に対し、どうか私が神様のために戦えるようにしてください。

“But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.” (I Corinthians 2:15) 見た間を受けている人は、すべてのことをわきまえますが、自分はだれによってもわきまえられません。（コリント人への手紙 第一 2章15節）
Lord God in Heaven, by Thy Almighty Power, please make me into a spiritual being who properly discerns and judges all things. 天におられる主なる神様、あなたの全能のお力によって、どうか私をすべての事柄を適切に識別し、判断できる聖なるものにしてください。

By Thy Unlimited Power, fight against all the wickedness and iniquity now under the sun, and please completely eradicate it from the face of this earth. あなたの無限のお力によって、日の下で今、すべての不正に対して戦い、そしてこの世の前からそれを完全に滅ぼしてください。
“I said in my heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.” (Verse 17)

Please help me to live soberly and righteously, knowing that I am to soon face Almighty God in Judgment, and then be judged according to Thy Perfect Righteous and Holy Standard. 私はもうすぐさばきの場で全能なる神様に直面し、その後あなたの完全な正義と聖なる基準によってさばかれるという事を理解しながら、慎み深く正しく生活できるように、どうか私を助けてください。

“I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts.” (Verse 18)

Lord God, please help me to always keep in mind that my physical death is a certainty. 主なる神様、私の肉体的な死は確かであると常に心に留めておけるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Convince me that the most important thing I must do in this life under the sun, is to fully trust in my Creator God, the Lord Jesus Christ, in order to have a perfect, never-ending life in God’s Heaven, after my life here on earth (under the sun) ends. （日の下での）私のこの世の人生が終わる後に、神様の天国で完璧で決して終わる事のない命を得るために、日の下のこの人生の中で私がやらなければならない最も重要なことは、私の創造主である神様、主イエスキリストを完全に信頼する事であると、私に確信させてください。
Convince me that all is vanity if I fail to be prepared for my physical death, which may come to me at any time. いつにでも来るかもしれない私の肉体的な死のために、もし備えができていないなら、すべては空しいということを私に確信させてください。
Help me to truly believe that only those who are trusting in Jesus Christ are prepared for death. イエスキリストを信頼している者だけが死への備えができている、ということを心から信じることができるように、私を助けてください。

“All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.” (Verse 20)

Please give me full understanding that tho my body will return to dust when I die, it will await the resurrection day when Thou wilt resurrect my dead body to stand before Thee in Judgment. 私の身体が死んでちりに帰っても、さばきの座に着くために私の死んだ身体をあなたがよみがえらせる時、復活の日を待ち受けることについて、完全な理解力をどうか私に与えてください。
Please give all people under the sun understanding of these vital Truths. どうかこれらのきわめて重要な真実を、日の下のすべての人々に理解させてください。
“Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth?” (Verse 21)
「だれが知っているだろうか。人の子らの霊は上に上り、獣の霊は地の下に降りて行くのを。」（21節）
Heavenly Father, please teach me how that I am vastly different from animals and beasts in that my spirit goes on living after my body dies. 天の父なる神様、私の霊は私の身体が死んだ後も生き続けていくという点で、私は動物や獣とはどのように大きく異なるのかをどうか私に教えてください。
Teach me how that death does not end my existence, as it ends the existence of beasts. どのように死が私の存在を終わらせず、獣の存在を終わらせるのかを私に教えてください。
Convince me that I am created by Almighty God as an eternal being who will live forever in Heaven or Hell after death ends my life under the sun. 日の下で死が私の人生を終わらせた後も、私は天国か地獄で永遠に生き続ける永遠の存在として、全能なる神様によって造られたということを私に確信させてください。
Please help me to firmly trust in the Lord Jesus Christ Who is the Way to Heaven. 天国への道である主イエスキリストをしっかりと信頼できるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Please make all peoples aware of these things and bring them all to trust in Christ. どうかすべての人々がこれらの事に気づき、すべての人々がキリストを信頼するようにしてください。
“Wherefore I perceive that there is nothing better, than that a man should rejoice in his own works; for that is his portion: for who shall bring him to see what shall be after him?” (Verse 22)
「私は見た。人は、自分の仕事を楽しむよりほかに、何も良いことがないことを。それが人の受ける分であるからだ。だれが、これから後に起こることを人に見せてくれるだろう。」（22節）
Lord Jesus, please show unto me the works Thou hast ordained to be my portion to work for Thee during my life under the sun. 主イエス様、日の下での私の人生の間に、あなたのために、あなたが定めた私の受ける分の仕事を、どうか私に見せてください。
Please guide and enable me to zealously work all of that work to its completion before my death. どうか私を導き、私の死の前にすべての仕事を達成するまで熱心に働けるようにしてください。
Please help me to greatly rejoice in the work Thou hast for me to do, making it my first and foremost joy in this life. あなたが私に与えてくださった仕事に大いに喜び、それを私の人生の中で何よりもの喜びにできるように、どうか私を助けてください。
Lord Jesus Christ, please help me to perfectly obey Thy command in John 6:27. 主イエスキリスト様、ヨハネの福音書6章27節にあるあなたの命令に完全に従えるように、どうか私を助けてください。
“Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.” 「なくなる食物のためではなく、いつまでも保ち、永遠のいのちに至る食物のために働きなさい。それこそ人の子があなたがたに与えるものです。この人の子を父すなわち神が認証されたからです。」
Lord Jesus, please guide me to labour for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life. 主イエス様、永遠のいのちに至る食物のために働けるように、どうか私をお導きください。
Please give me that meat. どうかその食物を私にお与えください。
“Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?” (John 6:28) 「すると彼らはイエスに言った。『私たちは、神のわざを行うために、何をすべきでしょうか』」（ヨハネの福音書6章28節）
Lord Jesus, please cause me to be most desirous to know what the works of God are. 主イエス様、どうか神のわざとは何かを知る事を私が最も望めるようにしてください。
Please teach me what are the works of God, and please make me desirous to work those works. 神のわざとは何かをどうか私に教えてください。そして、それらのわざを行う事をどうか私が望めるようにしてください。

Lord Jesus Christ, please send God’s Holy Spirit into my heart to convince me that Thou, Jesus Christ, art the One Whom God the Father in Heaven sent for me to believe on. 主イエスキリスト様、あなた、イエスキリストこそが唯一、私が信じるために天におられる父なる神様が使わされた方であると私に確信させるために、どうか神様の聖なる霊を私の心に遣わしてください。
Convince me that to believe on Thee, The Lord Jesus Christ, is to work the works of God the Father in Heaven. 主イエスキリストを信じることが、天におられる父なる神のわざを行うことだと私に確信させてください。
Help me right now to fully trust in Thee, The Lord Jesus Christ, as my own personal Lord and Saviour. 主イエスキリストを私個人の主であり、救い主として完全に信頼するように今すぐ私を助けてください。
